We’re a family-run company based in Dénia, made up of two generations with more than 10 years of experience in the Marina Alta.

After seeing hundreds of homes over the years, we learned that not all of them feel the same. That’s why we invest in homes with soul—spaces that have a story to tell and a special way of making you feel.

We’re drawn to well-kept houses, full of light, with design, character, and personality. Homes that have been loved and deserve to be loved still. We believe in second chances and in the fact that there’s always someone looking for the place where they can start a new chapter.

We handle every property in a very personal way, with calm, attention, and sensitivity to the details. We like to show the houses as if they were our own, because we understand everything that lies behind each sale: memories, changes, fresh hopes, and important decisions.

We’re a small, friendly agency. We prioritize honesty, transparency, and a human approach—favoring quality over quantity. Most of our clients come by recommendation, and many end up becoming friends.
